Excellent initial visit by Chris and Joe to measure up, followed by a secondary confirmatory visit. Arrived with bits made in the workshop and throughout the day, trimmed to fit as required onsite and cleaned up after themselves. The new staircase looks absolutely first class! Arrived at 09.30 and did not leave until 19.00 having worked throughout the whole day with very few rest periods. Excellent customer service through the whole project – thank you.
